- Compare Durations — Determine which of two rhythmic values is longer or shorter.
- Time Signatures — Identify the time signature of a short rhythm example in both simple and compound meters.
- Piano Keyboard — Locate specific pitches on the piano keyboard, including sharps and flats.
- Key Signatures — Identify major and minor key signatures in both treble and bass clef.
- Circle of Fifths — Place major and minor keys correctly on the circle of fifths.
- Natural Minor Scales — Notate a natural minor scale by adding the correct accidentals to the given notes.
- Harmonic Minor — Convert a natural minor scale to harmonic minor by raising the 7th scale degree.
- Melodic Minor — Convert a natural minor scale to melodic minor (ascending form).
- Parallel Scales — Convert a scale to its parallel major or minor.
- Interval Identification — Identify the quality of a notated harmonic or melodic interval (major, minor, perfect, augmented, or
diminished).
- Interval Inversion — Invert a given 6th or 7th and identify the resulting interval.
- Build Intervals — Add a note above or below a given pitch to construct a specified interval.
- Build Triads — Adjust a major triad's accidentals to produce the requested quality (minor, diminished, or augmented).
- Identify Triads — Identify the quality and inversion of a notated triad.
- Roman Numerals — Identify the Roman numeral for a given chord within a major or minor key.
